This emotional healing spiritual practice is a treasure to be learned. It is grounded and has its foundation on the circular “connected” healing breath. We learn to access and dynamically experience our emotional body by triggering our funny bone and learn repetitive laughter. This class is eclectic with guided meditation, bio-energicts, sanskrit music, sharing, silent meditation, slapstick, use of a feather and body work. It is based upon the book “I Dare to Heal with Laughter” written by the class leader Joel Vorensky, forty-seven years of experience with M.A. in Psychology.
Bio: Joel Vorensky, BBA in Business, BA in Education, and M.A. in Psychology, author of three books, I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love, I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power, and I Dare to Heal with Laughter, forty-seven years of experience in the Human Development, self-realization field. I teach Peer Counseling and Animated Laughter with Feelings.
